Payment information

How to pay

  1. Scan the QR code using your UPI application.
  2. Confirm the recipient name and amount before completing the payment.
  3. Keep the UPI transaction/reference ID.
  4. Send the payment reference to Aastha Fitness Community by WhatsApp or email if requested.
Important: Please verify the UPI recipient details shown in your payment app before authorising a transfer. Aastha Fitness Community does not ask for your UPI PIN, OTP or banking password.

Refund policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific programme, package or service purchased and the terms communicated to the customer before payment. If a refund is applicable, the customer should contact Aastha Fitness Community with the registered name, payment date, amount and UPI transaction/reference ID.

Refund requests can be submitted by email at aastha.fitness.health@gmail.com or by WhatsApp at +91 98328 20110. Any approved refund will be processed through the appropriate payment method, subject to applicable banking/payment-provider processing times.

Where a service has already been substantially delivered, refund eligibility may depend on the applicable programme terms. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.

Payment safety

Never share your UPI PIN, OTP, card PIN, password or other authentication credentials with anyone claiming to represent Aastha Fitness Community.
